80 years of tire repair products, services and technology, that’s how long the brand TECH has been in the market. This 2019, the company is celebrating its 80th year for executives and distributors throughout Asia at Pullman Bangkok King Power, and was presided by Daniel Gene Layne, chief executive officer of Technical Rubber Company.
TECH was founded in 1939 in Ohio, USA and pioneered a Cold Vulcanizing Technology that repaired tires without heat. The technology has since been used in the tire repair process up to the present day. It is one of the companies managed by Technical Rubber Factory (TRC), a company which carries a wide range of brands and products such as Truflex/PANG™Pang Industry, Salvadori and Quik fix.
The company’s main goal is to create and apply quality materials to care for and extend the lifespan of tires, allowing it to be used fully. Going along that goal, TECH is one of the first companies to develop a professional tire repair training course for technicians in being able to analyze and repair a tire correctly. The course would help the reduce possibility of leakage from the repair as well as reduce the possibility of an accident occurring caused by improper tire repair.
Aside from their tire repair training course, TECH has also developed a number of products and technology which continues to be used today. Some of their products and innovations include Gray Gum Technology, a copyright of TECH, and Uni-Seal Ultra, recognized and tested as one of the best patching kits for nail and hole repair around the world.
TECH International which is established in Thailand, is the headquarters of the company in Southeast Asia. It is under the management of Mr. Pairote Suttiprapa, General Manager and his experienced team.
