The 2019 Geneva International Motor Show is just around the corner and Nissan is set to reveal an all-new concept that embodies the future of the company's Intelligent Mobility tech.
Say hello to the IMQ concept, a radical-looking crossover that gives a sneak peek as to what might be in our garages in the not so distant future.
Based on the design render, the IMQ concept features a coupe-like design and comes with overly-large alloy wheels. It also has a unique gray exterior hue, black-painted wheel arches, a rear spoiler and boomerang-shaped taillights.
Other details regarding the IMQ concept still remain a mystery. However, the IMQ could be a follow-up to the previous IMS concept. First revealed at the 2019 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), the IMS is a four-door concept that previews an electric-powered sports sedan. With the IMQ featuring somewhat similar design aesthetics as the IMS, perhaps the new concept will serve as a prelude to an upcoming compact crossover with zero emissions.
Even more so, the IMQ may sit alongside the Leaf-based crossover that Nissan is currently working on. Revealed at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show as the IMx concept, it's a small crossover that features the running gear of the Leaf hatchback.
Nissan will officially reveal the IMQ concept on March 7, 2019.
