Honda has announced the list of models that will be unveiled at the upcoming 44th Tokyo Motor Show (TMS) starting on October 30, 2015 and it will include a lineup of production and concept-model vehicles.
Using their slogan ‘The Power of Dreams’ as their booth concept, Honda will unveil consumer products that fit people’s daily lives as well as models that ‘pursue excellence in driving performance.'
An all-new fuel cell vehicle tentatively called the FCV will be one of the highlights along with the all-new NSX supercar.
Also in the lineup is the all-new Civic Type R making its Japan debut and the planned Odyssey Hybrid production model that is equipped with Honda’s advanced SPORT HYBRID-iMMD (Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive) system.
Honda is also set to introduce the Honda Step WGN that uses the Waku Waku Gate (“Waku Waku” is a Japanese expression for “exciting”), which is Honda's original design that functions as a wide tailgate that opens up or as a sub-door that opens to the side.
The all-new S660 open-top sports-type mini-vehicle will also be make its debut along with several concept models that include the Honda Project 2&4 powered by RC213V and the WANDER STAND which was designed to freely maneuver among pedestrians.
