The face of Toyota is changing with the times to reflect the brand's modern, vibrant and dynamic image. TCM undergoes an expansion with the aim of doubling its showroom size to showcase more vehicles and accommodate more customer transactions, upgrade service workshop facilities and improve overall operations through facility and process flow enhancement.
Its showroom is expanded to 1,279 square meters which can now showcase 14 vehicles, making it one of the biggest Toyota showrooms in the entire network. Aside from car displays, the showroom also includes wider parts and service counters which can accommodate over six customers at the same time. In addition to the Genuine Toyota Spare Parts, TCM also offers Toyota Formula One merchandise for F1 fans. Furthermore, customers will enjoy their stay at the showroom with the new Customer Lounge that features a business center with free Wi-Fi access.
The service workshop is likewise expanded to 5,121 square meters, featuring additional bays and state-of-the-art equipments. Fast Access bays have now increased to 4 while General Jobs have expanded to 15, for a total of 19 Service Bays. The 4-toner lifter further enhances after-sales technology as it can easily repair and accommodate heavier vehicles such as the Land Cruiser and Prado. The remaining space is made exclusive for the Body and Paint facility now with 19 bays, composed of 17 workbays, the current paint booth, and an additional paint oven. The new environment-friendly oven is also one of the highlights, with its dust-free, air-filter feature.
Established in June 2001, Toyota Commonwealth, Inc. is one of the Toyota's dealerships in the first two districts Quezon City, together with its sister company Toyota Quezon Avenue.
