At the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show on November 30, Toyota will be debuting a mystery off-road concept called the FT-AC. Standing for Future Toyota Adventure Concept, there is currently no information or details about the upcoming model apart from Toyota saying that it has 'all the ingredients for your next adventure'.
Apart from its reveal date, Toyota also released a teaser photo showing the front end of the FT-AC. From the photo, we can see that it has a more rugged looked with its chiseled styling. Though not clearly seen, the FT-AC sports broad, blackened fender flares likely to fit the larger chunky tires. There are also large side mirrors, further complementing its rugged look.
Given that this vehicle is meant to go off-road, there is more than sufficient lighting at concept's front. Apart from what appears to be dual-project headlights, there are also six LED fitted right below it. There are also more LED lights mounted on the roof.
Earlier this year at the New York Auto Show, Toyota also revealed a off-road oriented SUV in the form of the FT-4X concept. It had a somewhat retro styling similar to that of the FJ40 Land Cruiser and the FJ Cruiser, and was designed to fit in a small urban environment. Whether or not the FT-AC is related to the FT-4X is still unknown.
Given the lack of details, it seems as though we will have to wait until November 30 to find out more about the Toyota FT-AC.
