Now in its 17th year, Toyota's Motorist Assistance Project continuously aims to extend customer service and satisfaction to its valued clients, in support of its commitment to road traffic safety.
The 2007 Motorist Assistance will offer two (2) services. First is the On-Site Assistance where stationary teams located in selected Caltex Stations and authorized Toyota dealer outlets will readily assist motorists for check-up and emergency repairs. Secondly, Toyota will also offer Mobile Repair Off-Road Assistance which is composed of teams who will conduct roving assistance within a 10- kilometer radius from the main site. The roving teams will follow a fixed route in the morning and afternoon.
From April 5 to 8, Toyota Motorist Assistance teams will be stationed in Upper Session Caltex Station in Baguio City, and Rosario Caltex Station in La Union, in cooperation with Toyota Baguio City. From April 5 to 9, the teams will be stationed at Capas Caltex Station in Tarlac, in cooperation with Toyota Quezon Avenue; Olongapo-Gapan Road Caltex Station in San Fernando, in cooperation with Toyota Balintawak; Barangay Halang Caltex Station in Calamba, in cooperation with Toyota Batangas, and Aguinaldo Hi-way in Dasmariñas Cavite, in cooperation with Toyota Dasmariñas and Toyota Manila Bay. Operating hours for the said dates is from 8AM to 5PM on Maundy Thursday, Black Saturday, Easter Sunday, and Araw ng Kagitingan. On the other hand, operating hours for Good Friday will be from 8AM to 2PM only.
