Toyota Motor Corporation, who’s made it known in no small measure that they favor hydrogen technology over electric cars, have made plans to start production of hydrogen vehicles late this year.
This, according to a report by Japan Times, is one year earlier than the initial plan of manufacturing hydrogen vehicles by 2015 but still in line with the plan to have an FCV on the road by 2015.
The Motomachi plant in Toyota Aichi Prefecture may be tapped to make, initially about a dozen units per month to be priced at around $78,030.
