Toyota has been known as a pioneer in many regards and it continues to surprise and change the way we look and buy our vehicles by launching a concept, not in an internationally covered motor show but directly to the public on January 26, 2015.

The UK market will get first dibs on the Toyota RND Concept as it makes its world debut next week, positioning it for fast-track development and radically changing the way vehicles look and how they are marketed in the weeks to come.

Toyota teases with a photo that shows how the RND Concept’s design signals a shift in the company’s direction by taking the ‘fun to drive’ concept to a much higher level.

Despite being a concept vehicle, Toyota concedes that the unveiled RND will already be in production-ready form.

The process is so far ahead that Toyota has already sorted out the manufacturing and product supply while also fixing the price at a level that makes the RND Concept reachable to a vast majority of car buyers.

“Full details of the RND Concept will be announced next week, but ahead of the official unveiling I can say that this is something we are proud of and that will make a valuable contribution to the world we live in,” said Matt Harrison, President of Toyota GB.
