Looking to spice up the looks of your all-new RAV4? Toyota’s in-house tuner, TRD (Toyota Racing Development), has just released a whole bunch of parts for the ever-popular RAV4 crossover following its official debut in Japan. What is unique about this line of TRD parts, however, is that the in-house tuner gives customers two different options on how to modify their vehicles – Field Monster or Street Monster.

The Field Monster TRD kit is built on the RAV4 Adventure in Japan which features a restyled front bumper, unlike the one offered locally. Thanks to the kit, the RAV4 gets an even more rugged appeal, making it appear ready to go off the beaten path. Included in the kit are a front bumper garnish with LED lights, rear garnish, tailgate garnish, and black over fenders. New 17-inch Crimson MG Monster wheels wrapped in Yokohama all-terrain tires can also be included in the mix together with TRD mud flaps. Completing the Field Monster TRD kit is the roof basket and the door stickers.

For those who want a cleaner, VIP style look for the RAV4, there’s the Street Monster TRD kit. The kit is built for the non-Adventure variants in Japan, similar to the RAV4 sold locally. Included in the kit are a new front lip, side skirt, and rear bumper extension which gives the RAV4 a more stylish look but sacrifices ground clearance. TRD also offers body color fender flares, chrome tailgate garnish, and a ‘high response’ muffler. Completing the look for the Street Style TRD kit is the new 20-inch TF X-Limited wheels.

Aside from the two different kit designs, TRD also has parts available for both the Adventure and Street Monster kits. These include TRD front and rear dampers to improve ride, TRD push start button, luggage mat, and a TRD Speaker Set by JBL.
