When GM held the debut of the Colorado in Thailand as a global model, it did include the US market. Today, they released the first look at the company’s upcoming Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon compact pickups. However, the teaser revealed today features a seemingly different grill, hood and possibly headlights as well for the Colorado.
The teasers were revealed by GM Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dan Ammann at the Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars. No further details have been revealed aside from them being “fuel efficient alternatives to full-size pickups”. Production has been slated for 2014 at the GM assembly plant in Wentzville, Missouri.
