Infiniti names Vincent Gillet as the new Marketing Vice President of the company. Effective September 2013, the graduate of I.S.C. Business School in Paris will hold the marketing reign and report to Infiniti President Johan de Nysschen at the company’s Hong Kong headquarters.
With 20 years of marketing expertise on his belt, Gillet has led premium brands in the retail, wine & spirits, and hospitality industries such as Chanel and LVMH. His most recent post was Senior Vice President and Global Brand Leader for both the W and the Le Meridien hotels. Among the companies mentioned earlier, he also worked as the Senior Brand Manager for Moet & Chandon, Country Manager for Mumm Champagne, and Chief Marketing Officer for Six Senses Hotels & Spas.
De Nysschen believes the addition of Gillet will further strengthen Infiniti’s creativity and provide effective leadership to the team due to his exposure to the premium brands and customers. The president added that the new vice president will be the key in the brand’s positioning and communication with customers.
