W Motors out of Dubai may not yet be a household name but when it comes to supercars, if you can get on their shortlist, theirs is what you dream of driving home.
Coming off the international exposure of the 790-PS Lykan HyperSport in Paul Walker’s farewell flick Fast and Furious 7, W Motors set out to go from hyper to super.
The Fenyr SuperSport made its global reveal at the Dubai International Motor Show yesterday and it is a stunner even on face value alone.
Shaped more aggressively than the Lykan, its entire body is made out of carbon fiber that is bolted to a tubular lightweight aluminum chassis.
To truly achieve ‘supersport’ performance, the Fenyr comes with a mid-rear flat-six 4.0L twin-turbo engine that pumps out 912 PS and 1,200 Nm of torque straight to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission.
It will go from 0 to 100kph in less than 2.7 seconds and will go beyond 400kph.
Only 25 units will be manufactured per year.
