JOY in owning a BMW
The Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill was the stage for this year's Bimmerfest organized by the BMW Car Club of the Philippines. Bimmerfest is an annual gathering of BMW club members, and car owners for a once in a year grand meet held in May. The event is also held in different parts of the world by their respective BMW Car Clubs.
The 8th annual hosting of the event was highlighted by a show and shine competition featuring the different cars of club members from stock to modified. This year, the club invited non-member BMW owners to the event as well to encourage them to join the club. For the first time, the BMW Owners Society of Safe Riders (BOSS) represented BMW Motorrad this year to add some two-wheeled flavor to Bimmerfest Manila.
A rainshower after sundown cooled down the venue to prepare for more festivities hosted by Ian Ardiente. Part of the evening show was a fashion show featuring hot models in BMW Lifestyle apparel and clothing by The Amazing Playground. Providing entertainment were the Bloomfields and the Pure Sound Band, and DJ Edge Pamute who spun some of the hippest tunes as they partied until midnight to encore with fireworks to celebrate the biggest BMWCCP Bimmerfest.
The winners of the Show and Shine were:
Best Interior (Modern #6) E60 Sanny Sarcia
