It may be set to be replaced soon, but Ford is giving the sixth-generation Ranger one more update. Now sporting a slightly more rugged look, the 2021 Ranger gets an updated front fascia derived from the U.S. spec model, black alloy wheels, and revised trim designs. The updates are present on the XLS, XLT, FX4, and Wildtrak variants. Under the hood, engine choices for the Ranger continue to be the 2.2-liter and 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engines, as well as the Bi-Turbo 2.0 reserved for the Wildtrak. A six-speed manual, six-speed automatic, and ten-speed automatic gearboxes are also available on the 2021 Ranger.
