The 2021 Isuzu D-Max is here, and it has received not just a sleeker look, but also a bevy of upgrades on its chassis, powertrain, and features. Serving as the third-generation model, the all-new Isuzu pick-up features a more aggressive design and is noticeably larger than its predecessor. But perhaps getting a most notable upgrade is its interior which now comes with a more upmarket design. From the gear selector, touchscreen infotainment, and new-style gauges, Isuzu was busy improving the cabin of the D-Max.
Under the hood, a choice between a 1.9-liter and 3.0-liter turbo-diesel is available on the D-Max. A six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic transmission can be specified, depending on the variant chosen. For added safety, the new top-of-the-line LS-E gets adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and even a 360-degree camera system as standard.
