Spanning a length of 5,262mm, the 6th generation of the Maserati Quattroporte is by far the longest among its predecessors. Its length sets itself apart from Maserati’s other four-door offering, the Ghibli, which also shares most of its underpinnings. Aside from its length, the Quattroporte can be had in a 530PS 3.8L twin turbocharged V8 guise apart from the 3.0 twin turbo also found in the Ghibli. Current models of Maserati, including the Quattroporte, have engines built by Ferrari at their disposal.
