After missing out on the key segment for years, Toyota now has a proper B-SUV contender in the form of the Yaris Cross. Based on the DNGA architecture, this Daihatsu-based crossover features the exterior looks of the Toyota Highlander and the practical and stylish cabin shared with the likes of the Raize. It now also serves as Toyota's most affordable hybrid as it's available with an electrified engine. However, there's also a naturally-aspirated 1.5L engine on lesser variants.
