Here are the winners of wet and wild Toyota Vios Racing Festival Rd.3
New faces on the podium this time around for Toyota Vios Racing Festival Round 3

After a month-long break, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) returned to Clark International Speedway (CIS) for the third round of the Vios Racing Festival last August 31. Veterans, newcomers and celebrity drivers faced off once more in the Circuit Championship. Meanwhile, Toyota Vios Club members, motoring journalists, and social media personalities continued to compete in the Autocross Challenge.

Unlike the previous round, drivers from both the autocross and circuit categories faced a new challenge during the third leg – rain. Despite a hard downpour, the rain did not stop the action for all drivers throughout the day. Instead, it became the deciding factor of who would be standing on the podium.

In the Circuit Championship’s Sporting Class, Red Diwa won Race 4 while Eggy Ong managed to secure first place in both Races 5 and 6. In the Promotional Class, Julian Tang won Race 4 and also secured a third place finish during Race 6. Meanwhile, Elysse Menorca won both Race 5 and 6 of the promotional class. Claiming victory in the Celebrity Class in Race 4 and 5 was Troy Montero. However, it was Daniel Matsunaga that finished in first place during Race 6.
For the Autocross Challenge, Carlos Inigo Anton won once again in the Car Clubs division with Sean Kody Ng and Mickie Carbonell finishing second and third, respectively. AutoIndustriya’s own Jose Altoveros led the Media division with newcomers Earl Davidson Lee coming in second, and Chewy Buhion in third, rounding up the podium. Jules Aquino took the top spot in the Social Media Personalities category with Reph Bangsil in second, and Jun Sunga in third.
The next and final leg of the Vios Racing Festival is scheduled on November 9, and will be held once again at the Clark International Speedway. The final races will determine the overall winners of this season's Circuit and Autocross competitions.

The Vios Racing Festival is supported by TMP’s partners and sponsors Bridgestone, Petron, Motul, Rota, Brembo, Denso, AVT, 3M, OMP, and Tuason Racing.
