PCCA SG 2013: Michelin Total Performance Porsche wins
Earl Bamber and Craig Baird claimed a one-two finish

The winner of the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Singapore (PCCA SG) is the Michelin Total Performance team. New Zealanders Earl Bamber and Craig Baird claimed the first and second spots. Bamber’s win over Baird only has a difference of just over a second.
During his win, the 23-year-old driver was sporting a special Michelin livery in his Porsche. Bamber is based in Malaysia for the Nexus Arrows Racing Team, and is also working as an instructor at the Michelin Pilot Experience. So far, Bamber remains the only driver in the series to lap the 5.073 km Marina Bay street circuit below 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
“It was a perfect week-end to get pole position and the race win was more than what we had hoped for. It was also great to have Michelin on board as our sponsor. The tyres were brilliant all week-end giving me fantastic performance on the street circuit. We are now looking forward to the next race in Shanghai.”said EarlBamber.
The 2013 PCCA will continue its next two rounds at Shanghai International Circuit on October 25-27.
