Noel Rivera of Fern C Racing continued to dominate the second leg of the 2011 RMSC National Slalom Grand Prix withstanding the challenge of Dr. Peewee Mendiola of Big Chill Racing. Rivera was the only competitor to clock a sub-50 second time at 49.58 seconds. Mendiola could only muster a 50.30-second time as he struggled with engine issues in his Toyota Starlet.

DKC Racing Team's Nino Sarte drove an masterful run taking home third overall and the best time for the Front-Wheel Drive division with his 50.48-second time. Big Chill Racing's Jojo Camacho took fourth and Milo Rivera of Fern C Racing took fourth and fifth respectively. Taking home the Novice Class win once again was Hans Christian Melosantos of the Cabanatuan Auto Club Racing Team with a 53.10-second time.
