Tarlac Circuit Hill opens with motorsport festival
Tarlac Circuit Hill racetrack is now open

Tarlac Circuit Hill, the first night capable racetrack in the country, is now officially open. Located at the Tarlac Recreational Park in San Jose, Tarlac and it is a project of the provincial government led by Governor Victor Yap.
To celebrate its opening, Tarlac Circuit Hill hosted a motorsport festival featuring kart racing and time attack invitational. According to the organizers, there were a total of 54 competitors coming from neighboring provinces.

There were two kart races during the event and Race 1 was claimed by Praga Italy Kart driver Don Batino. He was followed by Ryan Gohu and Nike Mora. On the other hand, Rhett Holganza won Race 2 finishing ahead of Jok Holganza and Ryan Gohu.
Jerwin Joson Franz Varron emerged victorious in the time attack category with a time of 1:16.5. Varron bested Migui Briones, who posted a time of 1:16.75.
Subsequently, the European Media Mobile Association (EMMA) audio competition was held on the football field beside the circuit.

Present during the award ceremony was Tarlac Governor Victor Yap. In addition, organizers said that the next event in Tarlac Circuit Hill racetrack will be a “Car Manufacturer Track Day,” happening this month while racing events for cars, motorcycles and karts are planned for early next year.
