Team Toyota PH heads to Thailand for TGR Asia eSports GT Championship

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is inviting everyone to support Victor Ancheta, Enzo Ison and Matthew Ang at the Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Asia eSports GT Championship 2025 as they battle against the best sim racers in Asia as Team Philippines.
The event will The event, which will be happening live at the Toyota Alive Space in Bangkok, Thailand, will be broadcast on Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippines’ Facebook page and YouTube channel on November 23, 2025. The livestream will begin at 6:00 PM local time.
Ancheta, Ison, and Ang bested more than 250 participants in the TGR Philippines eSports GT Championship, which was held from September to October this year.

Beginning with Victor Ancheta, the 25-year old showed that he has what it takes to stand among seasoned players even as a newcomer. He placed third in the qualifiers and fifth in the quarterfinals and semifinals. His consistency in all three races in the national finals would place him first overall.

Next is 15-year old Enzo Ison, who hails from Lubao, Pampanga, and is the youngest member of Team Philippines but packs the most experience. Despite his young age, Ison was the Junior Class Champion in 2022 and 2023, and overall 2nd Placer in 2024. With Asia Finals experience under his belt, Ison topped the local qualifiers and quarterfinals, was third in the semifinals, and came out second in the national finals.

Last but certainly not least is 23-year old Matthew Ang from Makati City. He is back with more grit and ready to face his previous competitors head-on. He was the Promotional Class 2nd Placer in 2022 and overall 3rd Placer in 2023. This season, Ang placed second in the qualifiers, quarterfinals, and semifinals, and finished third in the national finals.
