Cars purchased after Jan 14 however are a different matter.
You will have to pay a one time fee of 500K
then every time you come in for service, before we even provide estimates on your vehicle, we will charge 50K
and you will not be entitled to the two day parts delivery.

there's your clincher!  :evil5:    might as well have it service somewhere else!  :dontknow:

Toyota dealers aren't allowed to service Lexus anymore because Lexus Manila is owned by Toyota Philippines. That should make things clear enough.

Obviously they don't want to cannibalize their own newly-introduced high-end line (and higher-cost service facilities) by allowing their regular Toyota dealers to continue working on Lexus units.

Indeed!

To be honest with u guys..having  owned rx330 and is 300, i would say  any  auto tech that's specialize  on japanese  cars  would have no problem  servicing Lex cars..im pretty  sure  any experienced  auto shop there in Phils.  can service  these  cars..BUT the most important  thing to remember  is  to use an oem Toyota parts for lex..other than that..nothin else.

I know  it'll cost  more but  it gives you a peace of mind  knowing  the parts you replaced are still LEX/TOYOTA  OEM  PARTS and  would last  longer than  aftermarket  parts..that's what i do here in U.S.  small jobs like brakes, fuel filter, coolant flushing and brake liquids job, i buy parts in Lex stealership(that's what we call 'em here..parts are  boxed with Toyota  name on it) and have my trusted  mechanic  install it..save me a bunch  though.. ;)

but when i feel like driving new models, i would take my car in the stealership and serviced it there,so i can test drive newer ones  home..pretty cool!

try taking it to Speedyfix, AutoPlus, or Speedlab. if not, you can take it to Lexus Philippines in The Fort.

Hello fellow Lexus owners!  Aside from Lexus BGC, where can I purchase rear shocks for 2003 Lexus GX470?  Where can I have it installed?  Many Thanks.

You can alternatively search for the part number alternative from a KYB or Tokico dealer. They might be able to refer you to a replacement product. Your car is quite old and it would be very expensive to buy original parts from the dealership indeed.
