It means there is no forced induction like turbo or supercharger.

Nitrous is not forced induction because it uses a different chemical and not natural air forced into the combustion chamber. Turbos and Superchargers still makes use of air, not nitrous.

Ah... my mistake... I meant the effects are the same... more air, more pressure... etcetera...

I think the term All-Motor was coined in drag racing circles.  Meaning nga, walang power adders or FI (forced induction).  Power Adders and FI includes supercharging or turbo.  NOS is not FI but part of the "power adder". 

In other racing circles, it is called NA or naturally aspirated.

Its just a way to separate the different racing classes in racing events.  Meron pang, GT and Touring Cars.  Or, Exotics and Green cars.  Single-seaters and closed-wheel.  Haha
