Whats the first thing you should do when you get a new car?

A friend of mine said to have it paint protected. Is this a good idea? If so, where is the best place i can have this done? How about rustproofing? kelangan paba? Im planning to get a Ford Escape soon so id like to ask your suggestions on what would be the best thing to do pag labas ko sa casa. Tnx =)

alam ko pag labas ng casa may na rust proofing na yan pero if ever na hindi pa na rust proofing better yun muna gawin mo then pa detail ka...

Sorry. But most people here prefer to just mount their car on poles carried by about 20 slaves so your suggestion is out of the question

Anyway, rustproofing may not be needed on a new car as I believe most dealers already have this thing done. I think theveed has a thread stating that it's best to have some slight detailing and paint protection because most of us are not aware of the deterioration of the exterior of the car when it is in the dealership. Now for these detailing jobs usually the nearest Ziebart can do this for you but they sure charge more than the initial value of the car (I'm just exaggerating but they really charge way too much)

A lot of people in here recommend that you take that little trip to Araneta for a satisfactory job though

Then drive home. Or drive thru mo sa church for a blessing. A  car is a car. Paint protection? Do you need it? Scratches on paint is part of everyday driving, unless you will keep it in the garage. Just have the car detailed once in a while.

There would be a lot inside BF Homes, Paranaque though. Too many to mention, and also it's really credible. Now in our era, we have some apps that could help you with that.
