2-stroke engines are far more simpler than 4-stroke engines. for every power stroke of a 4-stroke engine, the 2-stroke engine has had 2 power strokes already. with this in mind, a 50cc 2-stroke engine is equivalent to a 100cc 4-stroke engine.

one striking difference is that lubrication for a 2-stroke engine is mixed in with the fuel while a 4-stroke engine has seperate systems for fuel and lubrication.

my apologies chicco. i haven't had the chance to checkout those units yet so i can't really comment on them at present.

but just as mentioned before, the china bike/scooters have much to desired of in terms of quality and reliability. they are cheap but... :-\.

I think the best underbone for 150cc is the Suzuki Raider I give it 10/10!! ;D

i forgot the exact price but it's below 100k brand new. it should be around the 70-80k range.

tol kung power lang ang gusto mo.. i will recommend the 180cc italjet dragster.. di ka bibitinin nito! quite expensive but if dont have the budget then go for the italjet formula 125cc.. hali8maw din yan.. pero it needs more modifications para dumikit sa stock na italjet dragster!!!
eat my dust!!!

Better choose SYM Joyride/Kymco Dink 150/Grand Dink 250. Better Styling/Ride and Comfort. Than China made Skuts, AFAIK, pagkabili mo pa lang at pag-labas mo sa sa store, may sira agad. For sure yun. Unlike those taiwan made 4 stroke are are considered cyber scoots also used in Europe.

Reviving an old thread, pasensya na po, natuwa lang sa itsura ng scooters. :)

I'm actually thinking of getting a vespa / stella / lml scooter. Sold my car already and konting ipon nalang makakabili na. :)

Coming from a 4x4 to a motorcycle, my considerations are actually pretty shallow. I realized that I can't afford the gas, parking, and maintenance of my 4x4 in the long run but I still want to look unique kaya yung vespa na naisip ko. Still looking for a riding school near qc / ortigas though as I don't know anything about motorcycles yet. I'll try riding school first and if I like it then will proceed to the buying stage. If not, then tiis muna :)
