help on amps, red v12 and punch250.2

I have an old RF 15" dvc sub rated at 500 wats i think.. i was wondering if what amp to use between the rf punch amp 250.2 rated at 125rmsx2. and the red v12 with unknown wats.   ano kaya mas malakas sa dalawa?

And pepwede kaya yung punch250.2 sa infinity ref seps na may power handling na 90rms,270watts. thanks!!
