DIY Changing Batt affects Amp settings?

Hey guys,
I just got a new battery - its an Orbital Battery ala Optima deep cycle. Its cheaper than the optimas and SVR's

This may sound stupid but...

Thing is, I'm planning to do it DIY. Do I have to put the amp gains all the way down? I know the HU and clock gets reset....

just leave the amp setting as they are. what you need to do is remember all the settings you have on the radio.
