the 4Sale section is back online, anybody can still post. There is just one additional rule:

All ads are subject to the approval of administrators. That means your ad will not be displayed until an administrator approves of it. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, so be patient.

If after a few days your ad is still not displayed then it means you have violated the rules and regulations.
