Ayos 'to ah! Pati Starex racing. Just hope you didn't install passenger car spec tires for that. If you did, expect some tire blowouts to happen soon as passenger car tires are not meant to carry heavy loads.

was doing my own research on load/speed rating and i think i am just about right on the tires i bought.... going back to my previous posts... the stock tires of the starex is a 205/70/R15... goodyear fortera is rated 96S and dunlop sp70e is rated 95S..... bec my new rota mags is size 16", the tire dealer gave me dunlop lm702 215/60/R16 rated 95H... the dunlop OE tires of honda odyssey is just rated 94H... while the new honda crv and nissan xtrail have a load rating of 98... i think the bf goodrich traction t/a is 98S or 98H while the dunlop grandtrek st20 is rated 98S... slightly higher rating bec the size is 215/65/R16.... come to think that the bf goodrich traction t/a is classified as passenger tire on tirerack.com....

anyway, just some thoughts.

did he install it na?  I really wanna see it.  Verdik is one of my special customers he was in Japan when we made a deal abt those sports bronze torque. He would email me  and his wife naman would call me to give me instructions.  What a tandem.     There were only 3 sets made in that color the other 4h/100 is with budz of Hcp for his CIvic,  meron pa atang isang set but in 5x114.3.  I took that shot in my house heheh  yeah that torque bronze is really something.

My brother is going to get a white honda jazz before the end of the year and we were eyeing either the ROTA GT3 or Track R 16X7 (gunmetal 40 mm offset) wheels for the car. Tires would be 195 50 R 16. Would the 40mm offset work for the car?  

I still dont know the right offset for the jazz but i have seen units with 17 inch wheels on 205 40 R 17 tires.

40-45 would be the ideal offset for our hamsters.    and you got the perfect tire size 195/50-16 is much better than 205/45-16 in terms of comfort and looks.  Cheers

So, 40mm offset would work.. my bro's first preference is the GT3 then the track R. I saw in the rota website that  they both come in 40mm offset.

We had the road conditions of the Philippines in mind that is why we prefer the 195 50 R 16 tires.

Forgot, are you going to lower your car?  if yes go for offset 45 so you wont have fender rubbing.   baka lang mag rub
