I was repremanded for counterflow in Makati Last June 26. I was issued a ticket. I went to the province the next day. Just came back right now. I told my driver to claim my license and he told me that there is a penalty of 100 pesos a day. Is this true? What other way can I claim my license without paying the penalty?
