Leather Care ?

Hi guys.  Please share your experiences with leather care products like those of Meg's or Mother's.  Meg's has a 2-step set (separate cleaner and conditioner) and also has a combination cleaner and conditioner in one bottle.  Mother's only has the 2-step (separate) type.  On the other hand, the Kelseat site says you can use mild soap and water for cleaning.  In your experience, which is better to use?
