hi guys.

a friend parted with his 200sx many years ago. he had replaced his 200sx with an '05 bmw 3series and a nissan patrol.

he misses having a 200sx and i have told him about the 200sx club. i asked him to join clubsilvia as soon as he gets another unit.

he is interested in a cebu 200sx.

is it expensive to bring the unit to manila?
how much would it cost to ship it over here?
are most cebu units converted?

do pm me if you have more details.

thanks a bunch guys!  :)

btw pics of his old siliva:

It can't be an S14 if it's 1993. Rex, what's his budget? The Cebu units can be had for around 280 but they'll most probably be converted. If he has the budget there are still some units available here but he'll have to shell out more money.

samurai_rex

thanks Paular Bear  :)

but my friend could only shell out for a cebu unit.
he has two other main rides and the 200sx would i guess be a wkd or toy car.

conan,
bro, his budget is about php. 300th.
do you think the cebu converted 200sx in general are badly done? in the long run, will getting a not so expensive cebu200sx be a bad decision?

how much would it cost to ship the 200sx to manila?
di ba may cebu member ang clubsilvia?

thanks again.

I asked our Cebu member to help answer your questions. :) We have a member who imported his unit from Cebu and it seems to be in good condition. Of course he was helped out by ha chan our Cebu based member in his purchase.

hi samurai, normally an s14 k's cost around 350k and up, but luckly one of our clubsilvia member (fastdriver) got his s14 quite cheap na..

at 300k the best siliva should be an s13 k's(turbo) converted and with papers already(but cebu plate that starts with letter Y).  but so far inubos ang mga silvias d2 sa cebu by one of the shops in manila. they bought 2 or 3 unit of s14... AFAIK anyways just let me know if youre still interested in an s13 model and M/t or A/T..

and regarding about shipment from cebu to manila.. i think fastdriver knows how much it cost to ship the unit to manila. but roughly estimate it shouldnt cost more than 15k..

hope this helps..

I remember it costed me about 11K to ship the unit from Cebu to Manila.  I was lucky to get a good deal on my unit, it usually goes for higher than what I got it for.  Expect something 300K and above for an S14 converted Zenki, Kouki would go much higher ofcourse.

In terms of safety or reliability all mechanics that have seen my car have given it a thumbs up. As far as I know with regards to converted units its a matter of who you're buying it from they say that dictates the quality of the conversion.

Hope this helps.

Curious lang, the S13s in Cebu are those the Silvia S13s or 180sx?

How much would a converted, decent mileage, turbo, MT 180sx or S13 cost in Cebu?
In a world of compromise, some don't.
