Whatever happened to Rally/e wheels?

Back in the day (this would show my age), Rota's direct competitor in the philippine wheel business was Rally/e(sp?) wheels. I remember they were of equal quality and were pretty much in the same price league as Rota. I remember one of them even came out with a 2pc wheel design.
There were other wheel companies back then. There was "Limbos" and "Jernog". They made knock off A/T/S wheels back then.
Where are they now?
Who makes those alloy wheels for jeepneys?
