...sa autotechnika meron dun.  sa the fort lang to' tabi ng CATS.

i bet that is the laser alignment/aiming.
it is difficult to diy.

just in case you want to:
1)get your car on a flat surface and facing a wall, around 10-15m apart. gas stations would be the best place to do it... and do it at night.
2)your car must be perdendicular to the wall.
3)you must get the height and the distance between the left and right of the headlight bulbs.
4) mark the wall with the height and distance between headlights, and set that as your target. put an X mark as taget (use a tape so you can take it off afterwards).
5) turn on the low beams.
6) there should be TWO screws to correct the aim, one for horizontal and one vertical aiming.
7) the beam pattern has a CUT-OFF, where a horizontal beam has an angled beam going upward to the right. the CUT-OFF is the point where the horizontal meets the angled beam.  AIM the cut-off to the X Mark.

Nothing beats laser alignment! ;D If you have the patience to do it goodluck na lang pare.

had my car laser-aligned at L.A. cars a few months ago.
its not accurate, too high yung aiming.  400php wasted

better if you would go to a flat road and adjust it by yourself

I've tried having my headlights aimed at Xenon Bulbs Araneta Ave. but I ended up aligning it again once I got home. Better to do it on a flat road facing a wall.

Instructions in detail here:
