I have STI pinks for a bugeye. Not to aggressive lowering (an inch to 1.3 max). Just PM me if your interested. I have stocks somewhere but not sure where they are.

Oh and to answer your question about 04 springs, the rear of the 04 uses different top hats so the rear 04 springs will not work. Unless you get the whole shock spring assembly this will bolt up to the 02-03.
