Here's a guy who jumped even further, and no sissy takeoff/landing ramps. This was done on an actual rally stage just a month or so ago.

The guy's Barry Johnson, at the Jim Clark rally. His subaru flew close to 200 feet, at 200kph. He managed to finish the stage, but he also cracked all four shocks and had himself and his co-driver hospitalized for a compressed spine.  Baliw talaga mga rally drivers!
