4,300K has the best visibilty. With 6,000K it's already hard to see in the rain.

Nowadays? What's the difference between now and then? 6k is still 6k.

Either they show you the correct K reading or not. Original Philips 6000K HID D2S of 2004 will have the same 6000K of HID D2S of present.

4300K (yellowish white) or 3000K (yellow) for the rains. you'll have a hard time with 6000K on wet surfaces, especially asphalt.

significant ba talaga difference ng 4300K HID sa halogen na 100/90?  i'm contemplating on upgrading to the latter since mas mura and wala pang hassle sa rain.

dean

you can't directly compare a 4300k HID bulb with just a halogen bulb of a certain wattage.  halogen bulbs also have their color characteristics... which halogen na 100/90 po ba?  yellow?  all-weather?  super-white?

drach4u

kahit naka-crystal headlights ka, halogen reflectors pa rin yung headlamps mo so best stick to halogen lamps.  safer for you and other motorists.
