recommended OIL & ATF...

mga sir.. what would you recommend...
my ride is a HONDA CITY '97 a/t
186k kms. odometer reading.
since every six month (3000km) ng-chachange oil ako im using SHELL HELIX mineral oil 20w50. napansin ko medyo malakas sa gasolina.
and my ATF... eversince nag add ako ng petron na bigay lang ng bayaw ko lumakas un tagas sa trans ko (sinlaki ng large plate sa garage floor). na dati unting patak lang na sinlaki ng mouth ng baso. So i plan to change the ATF too asap.
suggestions & oppinions are very much welcome. thanks in advance. :newbie:

Use a 10W40 viscosity oil.

yung tagas mo hindi mawawala sa pagpalit ng atf. you have to fix the cause of the leaks which is probably the seals in the tranny.

thanks sir... nakita ko na po un tagas sa ibabaw ng trans. un papunta sa radiator un my O-ring. DIY ko na lang siguro palit O-ring.
and then ska change ATF n.
nga pla.. pwede po ba un lagyan ng teplon kz alam ko napalitan ko na un ng O-ring na may rubber six months ago may tagas pa din.

Shell Helis Plus 10W40 is good. (better than the yellow Helix 20W50!)  but there are better oils out there.

i was actually thinking the same.

and take note, binase nya ang oil performance sa engine sound... huwaw.

so, the final nail to the coffin, pareng manila at pareng narsolis, magkano mo binebenta yang amco oil at decron III plus (take note, plus -- WADAPEK!) mo?

look for an atf which is honda z1 compatible.
