RE Audio vs. Rockford Fosgate

Hello guys!  I'm planning to set up my Hyundai grand starex.  I'll go for SQ and I'm getting a slim sub (RE SL12) so i can maximize the whole luggage space.  I want to know your opinion which Amplifier should i get, RE Audio VLX-4150X or Rockford Fosgate T600-4.  Both 600watts. This will run my sub and my 3 way Cadence 6.5" speakers.  you opinions will be greatly appreciated. thanks
