What particular engine oil best fits an Adventure 2004 Grand Sport? It's my first time to own a vehicle with diesel engine (4d56) so please help, sirs?

For me its best to use the preferred oil weight of your manufacturer. I use 15w40 Mobil delvac mx on my 4ja1 diesel engine.. its great for protection and its not affecting my engine's performance...

yeah any 15w40 diesel oil will do.
