4300 has the brightest light, 6000k is more white with a hint of blue. The lower the number, the more yellow and good visibility in the rain. What's your purpose?

I think its a personal preference. I'd personally go for 2500k yellow for fog lights.

Yes, 2.5k or 3k for fog. Just a question though, hindi ba nakakairita na sa kasalubong ang 6k headlights+3k fogs?

It depends on the beam pattern, housing/or if its projector, levelling system, etc. Pero whatever it is, personally, naiirita ako. I had once an experience with an SUV approaching me on a narrow street with bright HIDs. I flashed my lights because I cannot see the road hoping that the driver will do something. I don't have a tinted windshield so I assumed the driver can see me clearly. Frustrated, I covered both my eyes with my left hand and continued driving (I played "chicken" on the guy). Well, to end the story, he just turned his lights off and slowed down.

I'd recommend using 3000k for the foglamps. 4300k is usually used for the headlights.

4300k on fogs is also good. anything higher is useless.
