Have to wait a little to make it easy in the pocket.

Once bagging Runner's World Editors Choice, now in the arsenal awaiting its debut run.
Pronation Correction yields 7degrees closing into almost 180 degrees linearity.  8)

hehehehe... haven't seen that brand for quite sometime now.

Although the available models are a little late for PH (same case with Saucony, New Balance & Asics ), yet their shops are now proliferating in the country. 8)

They are back in the country and finally got the much awaited shields.
Time to fabricate the lens.

Coming from a hectic 3weeks off, been hitting the road again every other day this week to cope up with the lost December days.

And after 28 long years, first time to clock today at 30:42.60min.
Can't believe that the 30min Wall is still achievable.

Sorry man but body is screaming to relax this weekend. Last Monday was 29sec faster than the previous run and I have to revert back to upper torso.

Let us see what we can cook up for the coming days for next weekend.

Last week ends refreshing most of 20year old toys. It turns out that:
- Somebody adopted the old Bench and a pair of 30lbs Standard DB Plates (4x10lbs & 4x5lbs).
- EZ Grab Dodecagon Plates (8x10lbs, 4x5lbs & 4x2.5lbs) is now serving a variable pair of 55lbs DB. There goes the limit of a Commercial 14in DB Bars and surely will be needing a stainless manufacturer anywhere in Malabon (the people who does solid stainless Tie Rod Bars).
- Additional 2x20lbs Standard Plates were added to the inventory to bring this set to a decent 120lbs.
- Hybernation is over for the old 2x50lbs Standard Plates in preparation for a paint job.
- Very excited for a new Bench with thicker gauge next week.  ;)
- Still contemplating for a Lat/ Rowing Machine.
- There are still some left on the Wish List and not yet sure if a room needs to be vacated one day.

It's been more than a year and above are the savings generated for simply not smoking. Yohoo nestong..., you should have been pumping instead of puffing.

First time to visit the Local Post Office to pick some packages that were sent as a gift. Though there were some delays but glad these goodies arrived.

The leverage and intensity are progressing. Really need to be very cautious not to be injured.

Time for an All-Purpose Utility Bench, another pair of DB Bars, additional 4x 2.5lbs and 4x 5lbs EZ Grab plates for more free variations.

Hoping Ex-Manila can bend a SU302 (or SU304) solid 1in bar to come with a Stainless Steel Tricep Bar.
Appreciate suggestion for a Machine Shop that can do knurling.

In the meantime, 3 small items were requested  from a friend for him to carry this month on his way back to Manila.
;D
