Mga sir tanong ko lang. Bakit kaya yung oil ng sasakyan namin ang bilis mangitim. Parang wala pang 2k km maitim na. Diesel po yun. Every change oil ginagamitan naman ng flushing oil yun. normal ba yun? Ano kaya pwede gawin dun? 150k++ km na yung tinatakbo nun.

It means that the detergent in the oil is working for you to lock-in the carbons so as not to form the dreaded sludge.

and diesels are mostly like that. for me, its normal. just change the oil every 3000kms.

High sulfur diesel fuel also causes blackening of the oil faster. At 150t kms your engine will also have a lot of deposits already and buildup that are cleaned by the oil. A good quality flush will lessen this. Do it maybe every other oil change.

Thank you mga sir sa pagreply. 3,000kms sir? ok lang mas mura oil gamitin ko? gamit ko kasi ngayon sir yung helix hx7, every 7t kms yung change oil. mejo mahal kasi kung magpapalit ako every 3t kms instead of 7T kms.

Expanding and just sharing...

There is one Gas Company which is also in our country that are already building the Facilites needed to further Desulfurized fuel in an objective for a Greener Earth.  8)

The works started few years back and it is ongoing. No idea to when this fuel will be made available to the global market, of course including the Philippines.

Apologies I can't disclose the details. But as a consumer, I guess everybody needs to know that a lot of effort has been poured just to preserve this planet... and hoping that everybody will do their shares.

it's not bad that the oil becomes black naman... that's totally normal and the oil is doing it's job.

yes, speedyfix is right, its totally normal especially on diesel engines. they are known as soot.

no need to flush your engine if its less than 100,000kms. just change regularly, say every 5,000kms. Just use quality diesel oil.

Try to use Bardahl Oil for me thats the best engine oil.
