OEM head unit with GPS / TV / BT / Monitor for reverse

Hi im planning to hook up my SUV with its OEM hu with dvd / tv / gps / monitor but im wondering if the quality of this units good? i remember a friend installed a 2-din dvd / tv / monitor with bt, but the quality of the sound was terrible and his alpine stock unit sounded better please help... if not whats a better HU with this kind of features? Thanks!
