Dear sirs,

Need your expert opinion, which of the cars mentioned is the best in terms of durability, maintainance, fuel consumption, and resale value?

Or what would you pick if your were going to buy?

Choices are: kia sportage, hyundai tucsom, mazda cx5, or mitsubishi asx

Thanks in advance

Depends, if your getting the 2.5 Cx5 go for it, or you can look at the new 2.0 FWD CX5 PRO

We have the Mitsubishi ASX and we love it! it looks small from the outside, but is really roomy inside. it is also very comfortable and easy to drive. (more so than my Altis!)  fuel economy in flowing highways is quite good, but suffers when in stop-and-go traffic. as for parts and maintenance, I think you won't have a problem with that due to MMPC's extensive dealer/service center network.

If I were to rank your choices, I would rank them this way:
1. Mitsubishi ASX
2. Mazda CX5
3. Kia Sportage (I like its exterior better than the Tucson)
4. Hyundai Tucson

too early to predict the cx5's resale value, but in terms of fuel efficiency and reliability, i'd go with either the CX5 or the ASX

The new X-Trail really looks nice, but it will take a while before it gets here.
