Plss help.. Wayback 2011, we bought a 2nd hand car in Manila. They gave us an open deed of sale and a chattel mortgage..On 2012 I transferred it under my name..Just a week ago, i had it swap to a 'buy and sell' coy. And today I received a call from them asking me to povide the release of mortgage daw dahil a buyer found out that encumbered yung CR ko.. Stupid me..i didnt know this thing.. How can I present a release of mortgage eh ibinigay ko lahat ng docs noon sa LTO nung pinatransfer ko sa pangalan ko yung sasakyan...Paano to?? Plsss help..
