Where's the best place to have front bumper repaired?

Hi guys. As I was driving this afternoon, a motorcycle suddenly appeared on my right lane and boom, 'twas an accident. Good thing he's not hurt nor there was too much damage to his motorcycle, just the side mirror getting whacked. However, mine's a different story. My front bumper got scratched badly, but not dented though. And that boils down to my main question, where's the best place to have the front bumper repaired? And also, how much should I prepare for the repair? Thanks in advance..
