Suggested Enginer Oil

hello guys.
Baguhan lang ako dito sa forum, and also on cars so please be nice
We've just recently purchased a 3rd hand Toyota Revo model 1999.
Ok naman ang takbo, wala pa naman akong nakikitang problema.
Since this is new to our possession, I want to change anything that can be changed, and one of them is the engine oil.
Kaso hindi ko sure kung anong magandang engine oil for the car.

Anyone that can suggest?
