I am new to this forum, and if this thread is in the wrong section I apologise. I am looking for any tips, locations, or names of businesses perferrably in the Cebu area of people who can make a tube frame chassis for a car?

Your are in the correct board. Maybe try some of the shops that have made tube frame drag race cars there. Auto Care Racing is a good place to start.
